一． 项目概况
1 ．项目名称：成都市东部新区起步区十陵景区总体设计方案
2 ．项目范围：位于成都市中心天府广场以东 10 公里，东至外环路，西至规划十洪大道，南至成渝高速公路，北至成洛路，总规划面积约 10 平方公里（含外环路内侧 500 米绿带）。
3 ．项目定位：是成都市城区的 “ 绿肺 ” 及重要的生态绿地，是成都市历史文化名城展现框架中的重要组成部分，是构建城市湖泊水系和城市森林的重要工程，是成都市最大的、最具生态自然美景和投资价值的城市景区。十陵景区的总体设计方案应以生态绿地、景观园林和湖泊水系为主，综合考虑旅游观光、休闲娱乐、运动健身、商务会议等，尊重区域历史文化背景，突出生态环境的保护，按可持续性发展的要求，高起点、高品位地打造成都市环境最佳的大型城市景区和公众活动场所。

1 ． brief of the project
(1) ． name of the project ： the general design scheme of shiling landscape area in the first step area of eastern new
district, chengdu city.
(2) ． scope of the project ： shiling landscape area is 10 kms away from the tianfu central square of chengdu city,
whose east side is to the ex-loop road, west side is to the shihong road (under planning), south side is to the chengyu
highway, north side is to the chengluo road. the plot area is
about 10 km2 (including 500 m greenbelt inside the ex-loop
road).
(3) ． project function orientation ： this project is the remarkable zoology greenbelt, also the “green lung” of the
chengdu city, an important section showing the frame of the historic ancient chengdu city, a substantial part of the
urban water system and the biggest natural scenery with high investment value. the design scheme should base on the
historical civilization background and the local natural condition, giving priority to the natural green area, the
scenery park and water system, focusing on the inhabitancy with considering the entertainment, tourism, and commercial
facilities jointly, also emphasizing the natural surroundings and the environmental protection, and create a large urban
landscape area and public space with the best environment pursuant to the principals of durative development.
